NewMINT Interpretation-Analysis Systems of Legal Text

Instructions Using NewMINT Systems to Analyze Interpretations of Constitutional, Statutory and Other Legal Text

There are two aspects to a NewMINT analylsis of any legal text: (1) Resolving the detected ambiguities to generate the Short-Name of an interpretation, and (2) Using the generated Short-Name to access the specified interpretation. In general, there will be hundreds of different interpretations of any specified legal text; frequently, even thousands; and sometimes even millions of alternatives. The process of selecting the most appropriate interpretation from among the many available is reduced to answering a small, finite number of questions -- usually less than a dozen.
